This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital services, software subscriptions, and related technology offerings sold by Qimora (Limited Liability Company) ("Qimora") through our website and checkout.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If our Services are not what you expected, this policy describes when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a signed custom agreement, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases made through our online checkout.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order completion date (the date your payment is successfully processed). No questions asked for qualifying first-time subscription purchases, provided the conditions in Section 5 are met.
By completing a purchase of downloadable or immediately accessible digital content, you acknowledge that you may only cancel or request a refund within 30 days after the order completion date, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Custom enterprise engagements, statements of work, or invoices issued outside the standard checkout may be subject to refund terms specified in your signed agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to resolve eligible requests within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we approve your request.

If only part of a Service is non-refundable, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion reflecting the unused or undelivered portion.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
Refund returns all or part of an amount already paid, subject to this policy. You may cancel and separately request a refund if you are within the 30-day guarantee window or otherwise qualify.
